If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aurve.store.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Important:
Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
